1. About OneDay

OneDay (oneday.selfemote.com) is an audio diary platform operated by SELFemote. Authors publish audio recordings of their day; listeners purchase access. By registering or using OneDay you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make purchases. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. User content and licence

• You retain all intellectual property rights in content you upload.
• By publishing content, you grant SELFemote a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and stream your content solely for operating the platform.
• You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other right.
• Prohibited content: material that infringes IP rights; incitement to violence or hatred; sexually explicit content without appropriate age-gate; spam; content that violates applicable law.

4. DMCA / Copyright takedown

SELFemote respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a takedown notice, send the following to [email protected]:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• URL or description of the infringing material on OneDay.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to infringing content promptly. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. Moderation

All public content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Payments and refunds

• Purchases are made via Telegram Stars. Payment processing is handled by Telegram; their terms apply.
• Revenue split: 70% to authors / 30% to platform.
• All sales are final unless a technical fault prevented delivery, in which case contact support within 7 days.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate requests in ways that harm platform availability.
• Attempt unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or platform infrastructure.
• Use the platform to distribute malware or conduct phishing.
• Circumvent payment systems or access paid content without purchase.

8. No warranties

OneDay is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data preservation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SELFemote’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of OneDay shall not exceed the amount you paid to SELFemote in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
