1. Controller

2. Data we collect and lawful basis

We collect the following categories of personal data, each with its own lawful basis under GDPR Art. 6:

Account data

Email address, username, avatar, password hash (web accounts); Telegram ID, first name, username (Telegram login).

Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of contract (providing your account and platform access).

Retention: Duration of account + 30 days after deletion request.

User-generated content

Audio files, cover images, titles, descriptions uploaded by authors.

Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) — contract (publishing your content on the platform).

Retention: Until deleted by author, then 90 days in backup snapshots before permanent removal.

Transaction data

Purchase records, Telegram Stars payment IDs, subscription status. We do not store full card numbers.

Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) — contract; Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligation (financial record-keeping).

Retention: 7 years (applicable tax and accounting law).

Usage data

Listening history, favourites, ratings, session timestamps.

Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (improving recommendations, detecting abuse).

Retention: 12 months rolling; aggregated stats kept indefinitely.

Technical / log data

IP address, User-Agent, request timestamps, error logs.

Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, debugging).

Retention: 12 months, then deleted.

3. Data storage and security

All data is stored on servers located in Germany (Contabo GmbH, Frankfurt). We apply HTTPS/TLS in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Third-party recipients

We do not sell your data. We share data only as follows:

  • Telegram — payment processing via Telegram Stars (their Privacy Policy).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (your email address and message content only).
  • Contabo GmbH — infrastructure hosting; acts as data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

5. Cookies and tokens

We use one httpOnly cookie containing a JWT refresh token — strictly necessary for keeping you logged in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. We do not display cookie banners because we use no non-essential cookies.

6. Age restriction

OneDay is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account within 72 hours.

7. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

  • Access (Art. 15): Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification (Art. 16): Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings.
  • Erasure (Art. 17): Delete your account and all associated personal data.
  • Restriction (Art. 18): Restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
  • Portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest; we will cease unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
  • Lodge a complaint (Art. 77): You have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. In Germany (server location): Bundesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz (BfDI).

8. Changes

Material changes will be announced on the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.

  • Контент: аудиофайлы, обложки, описания. Основание: договор. Хранение: до удаления автором + 90 дней в резервных копиях.
  • Транзакции: история покупок, Telegram Stars. Основание: договор + юридическое обязательство. Хранение: 7 лет.
  • Данные использования: история прослушивания, избранное, оценки. Основание: законный интерес (ст. 6(1)(ж)). Хранение: 12 месяцев.
  • Технические данные: IP, User-Agent, логи. Основание: законный интерес (безопасность). Хранение: 12 месяцев.

2. Хранение и безопасность

Серверы в Германии (Contabo GmbH). HTTPS/TLS при передаче, шифрование данных в состоянии покоя.

3. Третьи стороны

Не продаём данные. Передаём только: Telegram (платежи Telegram Stars), Resend (email-уведомления — только ваш email и текст письма), Contabo GmbH (хостинг, как обработчик данных по DPA).

4. Ваши права (ст. 15–22 GDPR)

Доступ к данным, исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки, перенос данных, возражение против обработки, подача жалобы в надзорный орган (ст. 77 GDPR). Для реализации прав — [email protected]. Ответ в течение 30 дней.

5. Возрастное ограничение

Платформа предназначена для пользователей от 16 лет. Данные детей младше 16 лет мы намеренно не собираем. При обнаружении — удаляем аккаунт в течение 72 часов.
